I purchased a pair of anti-blue light glasses and read the return policy before my purchase. It said full-priced items may be returned for a full refund. I didn't believe my purchase was discounted and I believed to have paid full-price. The receipt that came in the box says the unit price was $68 and nothing about it says they are discounted. When I went to return the glasses, it said you have to send them an e-mail. I sent an e-mail and did not get a response. I used the contact form on their website and also did not get a response. So I messaged their Facebook page and someone at least communicated with me there and they said that they were discounted $10 so I didn't qualify for a return. I checked the website, since I made the purchase via my i-phone, and the entire website is discounted so that technically no one qualifies for a return. Everything says "save $10" so as a consumer you don't realize it is actually a discount. Most websites post the original product item in black with a slash running through it and then a discounted price in red lettering so it is obvious. It is a clever loophole that I now recognize, but now I am stuck with the item.
