The website advertised full grain leather purses. Upon receiving the product, it was evident this was not leather. When i contacted the website for a refund since the purse was not what they advertised, they confirmed it was faux leather, and told me they could not offer me my money back since it was outside the 30 day return period. They falsely advertise genuine leather products and sell plastic.
