Do not buy here!!

They could send you a rock basically instead of dress and not refund you. No matter what you get broken ripped they will never refund you! Spent almost 250! And so far nothing back. And Dhl wanted 115 to send this damaged dress back when lady prom will not refund even if you can prove damaged. They told me to fix it!

Express shipping you pay but get same time as reg/even states this many days or more! Covers themselves. dress had broken zipper. Teeth in zipper extended out in areas so you couldn’t zip at all! Took pics of that and parts of dress not glued down. I don’t even get into size or how cheaply made China! Dollar store item. They lie say dress was recorded zipper n zipper worked. They say no returns all custom made unless damaged. Then they say no to that too when it’s the case!Then after much arguing they say you can return it but you must pay even if damaged! Then very most you can get half refund and donate. I’m still fighting this w my credit card. They are a terrible fraud business. Out to make tons of money off innocent people! Trust me they will put you through so much. You won’t be happy and it will ruin your event. It’s a scam. You couldn’t even donate this dress! No one would want it. And im not fixing - should be their prob not ours. Pics were sent same day it arrived. They are greedy money hungry - read reviews. And they can’t custom make anything. They don’t know how!

SCAMMERS! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!

I purchased a dress for 170.00 for my daughter. Shipping was fast. Open and the dress was nothing as pictures with missing sequins and a tear in the seam. Contacted Ladyprom and I was asked to have the dress fixed locally. I explained to them I was not having the dress fixed and I wanted a refund. They plainly did not want to refund. Would not give me a rerun address. They offer me $40 and for me to keep the dress to donate. Thankfully I paid with PayPal and I opened a complaint with them and PayPal a month later returned my money - shipping which was 27.00. I realized fast that this business was a scam. They will not refund your money for any reason on any purchase and the dresses are very cheap made.

My daughter ordered a silver dress and site stated the had the dress in silver as advertised. They shipped a white dress instead and will not allow us to receive a refund and requires us to pay to return the item which there site does not state that in the policy. I continue through more than 6 emails request a refund and i am denied. The dress is also made poorly and does not fit properly.
