I bought 3 shirts from the website on 9/16. I hadn't received anything by 9/24 & I emailed them. I still hadn't received anything by the end of September. I initiated a complaint on PayPal. I then received one shirt that was nothing like the design on line & the material was printed from a computer screenshot, you could see the pixels! I asked for a refund. I paid $109.97 & I got a refund for $81.98 on 10/16

I placed the order and was charged on 9/13/24. The order has never shipped. When I reach out to them by email, they keep telling me the order is processing and there is a backlog.

I ordered a shirt from them. They advertise 8-10 days shipping. But, they don’t tell you that it is coming from China. Their website says returns within 30 days. I asked to return the item because it is not how it was pictured and the sizing is WAY off. They said there are no returns. I copied a screenshot from their website showing there are returns. Then they said I have to mail it back to China for a refund. Of course that would cost more than the product to return. They were rude and not helpful. So I am stuck with a $40 shirt that I can never wear. I don’t want others to be scanned by this company.
