I paid for express shipping and they didn’t ship my order until more than a month later but refused to cancel the order and refused to refund the express shipping fee that they never honored. I paid for services not delivered with refusal of a refund so this is all in all a scam.

LadyJar appeared as a targeted ad on Instagram. I purchased a couple of items from their site for a wedding that I am in. I read their return policy to make sure that I could get a refund as I was ordering more items then needed to test sizing/fabric/cut etc.
I got the items but needed to return them as they did not fit my body style. I sent a note to their team & they continue to tell me they cannot provide a refund, although I followed the protocol shown on their website for a full refund. They will only issue a voucher to buy more clothes. They will not tell me why they cannot provide the refund, they just continue to tell me that is unavailable. This has been going on for weeks now. I let them know this is a scam, I would like to file a formal complaint and that I will write to the Better Business Bureau to report them. I have attached a screenshot from their website with the return policy.
