Purchased a dress online, website was set to CAD currency but bank charge shows same amount in USD (it wasn't just a conversion equivalent to the CAD total). Company refuses to refund the amount despite the request being made immediately.

Order was placed on Sept.17, it is now Oct.22 and have not received any product, trustworthy information about any shipment or delivery, and no refund.

This company banks on the anonymity of an "online shop" and hopes you'll just forget you ever gave them money. BEWARE.
