My daughter found a specific dress for a school dance online at a website. It was not available in her size. I searched the web and found it on this LadLux Leathers website. I ordered it in two sizes for a total of $196. I received a confirmation email stating that I would be notified when it was shipped. The confirmation email date was 1/31/2024. There was an email ([email protected]) listed if you had questions. It was free shipping, so I emailed several times to see when it would be shipped in time to arrive by 2/10/2024, which was the date of the dance. They never responded to my email. There was a phone number listed on website. I called and left a message. No response. Now the website does not come up. There was a link on the confirmation email that said “visit our store”. I tried that but it doesn’t come up. I have had zero response, no dresses, and a loss of $196.
