I purchased a dress from this site for my daughter’s prom, they messaged me and asked for her measurements because their sizing is different. I sent them her measurements and when We received the dress it was way too big. I tried to get it altered but it wouldn’t have been back by prom. So I reached out to get a refund, I have been messaged them for a month now, they asked me to measure the dress and take pics to send to them. Still no refund. Do not purchase from this site, they don’t honor their refund policy at all.

I was searching for a prom dress for my daughter. Found the dress that she wanted on LadyPromDress.com. Made the purchase. Almost 24hrs later, a get an emailed from a guy named Danny stating that he needed a picture of my card, to make sure it was really my card; the money was already taken off my card by that time! Also, they said thank you for the measurements, the thing is I never sent them measurements!

I thought that this was off, so I decided to cancel my order. I was told that I could not get a refund. I threatened to get an attorney, so I got a message stating they would refund me, but it would take more than 25 days because they were overseas. I’ve been going back and forth with them. No answer when you call the customer service line. I just want my money back, so that I can get my daughter a proper prom dress.

The say they will make a dress and when you get it is not what you paid for and they don’t even want to give you a refund and on top of that you will losses money trying to send it back they want a 100 dollars
