My money was taken by Ladywearss and they won't give it back. Ladywearss informed me by email on March 6, 2024, at 22:09 that my order would be delayed. I replied by inquiring about the order delay since I needed my dress for a photo shoot. They stated "The products take about two week to prepare and usually it also takes about a week for the items to reach you. At present, your products are still in preparation." I informed them that I need to cancel the order and ask for a refund of my money. They stated "At this stage, If you still insist on canceling the order based on your circumstances, we will proceed with the refund after deducting a 15% processing fee. It may be presumptuous, but we kindly ask you to reconsider." Due to the delay in the order, I declined the 15% and requested a full refund. Then I received another email stating "Unfortunately, the following items you purchased is out of stock. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by the out-of-stock items and we'd like to refund you with a coupon valued at 1.2 times the actual product amount." What is the truth? Is the product currently delayed or out of stock? That's an excessive number of lies. I urge you to refund my money and improve your customer service skills. BE CAREFUL with this Company

Hello! There were some items not received and very poor quality in merchandise. I explained the same day of delivery when I notice the product / merchandise that the quality wasn’t acceptable and was unusable due to the jackets purchase had no lining on the inside of the jackets. Which I have provided pictures of the merchandise informing what I have received and the merchandise with such poor quality. I was informed that they cannot refund my funds. I also can provide additional pictures in regards to the merchandise along with the back and forth emails from customer service with dates / time.

I brought a dress from their website and it did not look like the original picture or picture reviews. Different design and extremely poorly done.
