I ordered a soft play set for my son. I waited a month and asked the website why it hadn’t gotten to me. I received no response. When my package did arrive from the company, I was sent a cheap faded black tank top instead of what I ordered. I asked for a refund to which I received no reply. It has been more than two weeks since my last attempt to reach out to them.
