LaFolie offers a "free" trial of their product. It costs 7.97 for shipping.They send a small product sample (which is Rogaine) and mention that it can take over 30 days to see any results. 17 days later, they charge 89.78 for a subscription service that was mentioned in a completely different area of their website. This was not mentioned during the initial check out or anywhere on their homepage. After calling customer service, they offer to cancel your subscription but they do not take returns for unopened products and will not reverse the 89.78 charge. While trying to get my charge reversed, they offer a 50% off on your subscription. If you decline, they offer a 60% on your subscription. I am still awaiting a manager to return my call.

I purchased a product to try for 14 day trial. I received the product on march 1st. they charged me $90 on the 6th claiming that the trial started on the day I ordered it and not the day I received it. How can I try a product I did not have? I requested a refund and the refund was denied. This is a scam to get peoples money. how can a person trial a product they do not have in their possession. the customer service it very rude, unprofessional and unreasonable. they would not let me talk, just kept talking over me stating that no money would be returned.

Ordered a free tree, tried to cancel and return because the product didn't work, and apparently once you try the product they automatically charge you for the product. No returns even when you decide during your trial it does not work.DO NOT PURCHASE!
