We are writing to address the claims that you have made against our business. We are concerned that you have made false statements about us despite not having used our products or services. We have become aware that you have made these statements online, and we feel compelled to respond.
We would like to clarify that our business does not have any record of communication with you, and we are not familiar with your business or personal name. Additionally, we have not received any of your or Taylor Robinson's artwork as we have not arrived at any agreement. On October 17th, 2023, we were merely in the process of negotiating terms with Taylor Robinson from Visceral Homes, and we did not meet in person. We understand that our partnership with Taylor Robinson from Visceral Homes did not materialize after one phone call on October 17th, 2023, because of her traumatic experience with a previous business. We were unaware of the exact amount of painting required to fulfill our agreement. So, it was unexpected when we saw your comments about our business on the Internet.
We would suggest that you stop posting false statements or comments about our business online. If you continue to do so, we'll have to include our legal team. It is essential to comprehend the nature of business ethics and the accountability that comes with making public statements about a business, especially when those statements are not based on facts.
Although we were disappointed, we can assure you that our products are of excellent quality, and we have reviews and evidence from our satisfied customers worldwide that support this claim.
