Ordered items from what I thought was a Kohl's warehouse for reduced price items. Followed the order for over a month. No shipment arrived. I contacted them and they said it was delivered but since I had not received it they would ship a second order to me. I tracked this order and again it was delivered but not to me. I contacted them and informed them of this and they double talked me saying that the info on the credit card could have been wrong and therefore the address was wrong They are offereing to refund 60percent of my cost. I will track this also and see how this works out. DO NOT ORDER FROM LAIYINTRU.COM

Ad on Facebook, had Kohl’s logo. I emailed about late order but no reply. Followed tracking which said it was delivered, it wasn’t. I was home and know it wasn’t delivered.

I ordered woman’s clothes for $26.07. Because I ordered over &25.00, a free gift of a touch screen makeup mirror with Bluetooth speaker would be sent with my order. I was also charged $2.00 for shipping insurance. I was charged a shipping fee of $6.99. My total order was $35.06 which I charged to my credit card. Order was placed 4/30/2023. The order was tracked by Track 718. The last tracking stated that the order was “successfully delivered” on 6/4/2023. I absolutely did not receive this order. I emailed at [email protected] and surprisingly got a return email. I can not get a full refund because the company insisted that I received the package. What was the $2.00 shipping insurance for? After several more emails, the customer service team member stated that I could get a 60% refund to which I agreed. I doubt that I will get this refund as the email had some questionable statements about credit cards and refunds and the refund could take a lengthy time to show up.
