Deputy **** ******** informed me that i had missed a court date were I was a witness for a federal trial on this past Thursday November 9, 2023 and that i was being held in contempt of court. I needed to go to 400 Broadway in Gary and pay and fee of some sort. I cannot remember what the name of it was. So i did not have the US Marshalls arrest me for the failure to appear. He also said that they were following me and he was tracking my location through my phone and could see who was calling me and texting me. If at any point i hung up the Marshalls would arrest me and hold me for 72 hours. I was also not allowed to go off the course of being more that several blocks of the Lake County Sheriff building in downtown Gary. Nor was I allowed to stop for more than a few minutes. He also kept track of my mileage on my car as well.
