On January 31st I placed an order on the Official Laker Store for Kobe Bryant's patch. However, it is March 12th and my item has not arrived. The item shipped February 14th. I've sent out 4 inquiries, and I have not received an answer. I have also called the phone number provided but it goes to voicemail. I went on their Instagram and there's reports that other people have not received their items yet. I reached out via IG and no response. While would they allow this business to operate this way. They pride themselves with the Lakers name but do not provide quality service.
