I ordered an network attached storage device from Amazon third party seller (Lakeshore Books). When I got a notification from FedEx that the item was delivered I went down to find an empty envelope. The device I ordered has no way it would even fit into such envelope. I was scammed. I contacted Discover bank for a chargeback and they were not able to help. Neither has Amazon been able to help. I need my money back.
