After the Skype interview and briefing she asked me to sign the offer letter right away and send it back to the email that the offer letter came from, [email protected]
Once I received it an had enough time to investigate and research the company I started to fine things that did not match like Website information, email address in contact wasn't a .ORG address like the website, misspellings, the client amount was 274 clients and only 18 hard workers website looked very basic and poorly put together. The more I looked into it I couldn't find any Linkedln information Facebook, Instagram, Twitter nothing on the company. I even looked back in my Indeed account to see if I could see anything with there name, I found nothing.
After that I looked at the offer letter and benefit booklet, everything looked odd

Sequel to your previous interview and due considerations, we are pleased to avail you a provisional offer of employment in Customer Service Representative. You will undergo a required training/mentorship program on all software and application platforms required. Your job functions will cover more of Customer Service no Sales are involved. Your employment will commence first thing tomorrow morning.
The Company is pleased to offer you employment on the following terms:
Position: Your initial title will be (Customer Service Representative) This is a Full-Time position. While you render services to the Company, you can still be engaged in any other employment, consulting or other business activity (with Full Time) that would not create any conflict of interest with the Company. By signing this letter of agreement, you confirm to the Company that you have no contractual commitments or other legal obligations that would prohibit you from performing your duties for the Company.

Sign Up Bonus: Employees would be entitled to a sign-up bonus of $200 and this is added to the funds that would be sent to employees to purchase their work tools and equipment. Funds are sent out to employees the following day after being employed and eligible to work for the company.
Interpretation, Amendment and Enforcement: This letter of agreement is the complete agreement between you and the Company, contains all of the terms of your employment with the Company and supersedes any prior agreements, representations or understandings (whether written, oral or implied) between you and the Company.
This letter of agreement may not be amended or modified, except by an express written agreement signed by both you and a duly authorized officer of the Company. The terms of this letter of agreement and the resolution of any disputes as to the meaning, effect, performance or validity of this letter agreement or arising out of, related to, or in any way connected with, this letter agreement, your employment with the Company or any other relationship between you and the Company (the "Disputes'') will be governed by US law, excluding laws relating to conflicts or choice of law. It started to look fishy after all was side and done. Luckily I stopped and did my research before sending them the rest of my information. It's a shame that they will go to that extent to take your information. The whole hour I wasted and can't get back, the time I spent desperately looking for a job and in hopes that this one would have been it so I can provide for my family again.
Anyhow hope this helps and could help someone else from getting scammed.

I called the number twice and talked to two different operators who identified themselves as "Lakeshore". One of the operators would not tell me what kind of company they were, and was easily aggravated by my questions. The other indicated they were a "civil litigation" firm, and was also threatening when i would give them the "case number".
They also called my spouse's phone number, and used my name on both calls.
Interesting, they say they have had trouble reaching me, when I've lived at the same house for 20 years, had the same phone numbers for 30 years. I'm not hard to find!
