I reached out about a puppy and was quoted price of $550 and $150 for shipping. I was told that $350 would be deposit and pay the other half when ready for puppy. I made the deposit and noticed that they was asking for screenshots of zelle payment. I called to inquire why they needed screenshot when it shows in the account if money was received. A guy answered a phone and hung up in my face when asked about screenshot. I then requested return on deposit and informed them I was no longer interested in puppy. At this point I had lost trust and did not like how the customer service started lacking after conformation of payment. Now they are just trying to continue sale for other half and stop responding after I repeatedly tell them I want money back.
