The scammer goes by the name Osvaldo Pinedo AKA "Lalo" but it's been said by other victims that he has varias aliases. He poses as a legitimate contractor, but has no license. He is unlicensed and has you pay 50% off the job and then dissapears with your money. I tried calling him and texting him several times and almost never answers and when he did he made up excuses of why he couldn't make it to complete the job. Until this day the job hasn't been completed and he walked off with almost $4000 off mine.
