Website looked professional, and support email was responsive. The puppy cost $550 which they want us to transfer funds by zello. There was a air shippi g fee of $180. Seemed reasonable for beagle puppy. No physical address is given until the certificate is given once paid. Then as we waited for delivery air shipment had issues with pet shipping insurance. We received an email from the shipping company called Masongreenshipping.com where you track the shipment. But now the shipping will not allow us to receive the puppy until a refundable insurance fee of $622.12, is paid. So we once again zelle the funds but at this point since we got the address we called the google phone number listed at the property, it happens to be a animal board and shelter. That's when we discovered we're the 5th one who has been scammed. All this went down in about 24 hours time. We couldnt call late last night when the shipment hold occurred because all the businesses were closed. Once we did, it was too late.
