I paid (NAME) (tel 518.XXX-XXXX) of LaMountain LawnCare $400 on May 7, 2024 for “Pest Control/wildlife removal. This was advertised in Craigslist. He never completed job, first day he checked, paid him $400 cash in Burger King parking lot and said he will do follow up visits. I contacted Chad LaMountain, because noises in walls continued, he kept telling me he will be back. He even had a rat trap on a lower roof that caught a bird, never removed the dead bird after I notified him a couple of times. I called several times after that because there was scratching/noises in walls still. June 25, I called Chad. He now does not accept calls. Also, texted him to no avail. So beware, he abandons future visits, take cash and after that never hears from him again. Before he avoids you, you will hear numerous reasons why he can’t make it, or even when he will be there….but doesn’t. So just beware of this when attempting to make to this business. I hope this helps someone.
