I ordered something my boyfriend wanted for Christmas. On 10/31/21, I went to checkout and it said free shipping on orders over $50, so I proceeded to checkout with PayPal. The total was $76.95 well on November 1st, I checked my PayPal transactions and they took out $11.54 more so my total was $88.49. Now all day on the first of November we called and called and no answer, I even emailed a no answer. As soon as they had my money they stopped all communication. No email to confirm my order or when it was shipped, nothing. I first disputed PayPal with the difference in charges and then provided them with information that this is a scam website. Now I have to dispute the entire amount. I just don’t want others to have to go through what I went through trying to get my money back. Oh and this company states they are from USA but every time PayPal sends me information from Lampif it is in China. I 100% feel violated and scammed out of my money and I never want anyone to go through this. And not because it from another country but because this website was not honest and did a poor job at communication.
