Item posted on internet as available from Lamps Plus. Placed order and made payment via credit card. Bogus tracking number confirmed back to me and tracking info stated item shipped with China Post / Letracking. Delivery confirmation to residence using USPS, but never received item. Went to local post office and they have no record of delivery. Ordered Dec 23, 2023; Delivered Jan 20, 2024; Contacted customer service Jan 24, 2024; no further reply regarding USA transit or delivery. No refund or replacement allowed by seller.
