On 11/30/2018 I purchased a dog from a breeder, Wallo Smith, in El Paso, Texas. The breeder shipped the dog to me using Lana Pet Transport. Immediately upon the breeder leaving this business I received an email from Lana Pet Transport demanding that I pay for travel insurance for the dog to be flown and then transported to my home. The insurance was supposed to be 100% refundable in cash upon delivery of the dog at my home. I spoke with the breeder who advised me to go ahead and pay it and assured me I would get my money back. I paid the money and then received several more emails and phone calls wanting money that was to be refunded upon delivery of the dog. All total I spent approximately $3000 and NEVER received the dog. I have tried contacting the transport company and they only continue to request more money and state that unless I send them $2200 more they won’t deliver the dog. I have also contacted the breeder who is attempting to help figure out what happened and where the dog is now. **I have over 100 emails back and forth between myself and this company consistently stating that I would receive a 100% refund of all money sent**
