We reached out in regards to purchasing a puppy named harley. They went through and said we needed to pay 400 upfront so they could do the paper work and get the shipping (sw flight ticket) then once they got that all settled we would send the other 300 to finish purchasing the puppy. So we sent them 700 all together for the puppy. They said the puppy would be on the flight the next day as it needed a last minute vet check to make sure she was healthy to fly. We got a email from [email protected] (shipping company) and said they had the puppy and it would be on the flight. Then they emailed stating she needed a special crate to keep her safe on the plane and we could rent it for 500 (refundable once we received the puppy). Then the puppy had to have insurance on her that was 450 (refundable once we receive the puppy) we got a plane ticket confirmation. she supposedly made it to Baltimore and once at that airport then they needed 400 for cites (also refundable because of the insurance we purchased) or they would abandon the puppy there. So we paid it. They said she would be on the flight to gsp and we could get her at 1035am this morning. We get to the airport and they messaged saying we had to pay 600 for ownership documents (we did not pay this) we talked to the sw agents at the airport and they said there has been no dog on a plane in 3 days and it went to Florida. Needless to say we never got the puppy, and the shipping agency (raunlogistics) says they will refund the money IF the agent gets back in time.
