I found a Facebook ad for a product being advertised by this “company” and placed an order. After waiting five weeks and not receiving my item or valid shipping information, I requested a refund. They have denied to issue a refund until my product arrives, which according to the shipping information they provided me with, will never arrive because it simply doesn’t exist.
