November 2nd, 2020 Just received my L'Ancee product, that I didn't order. ask for, or want, I could not find contact us on page, but on order page found contact so did, they don't know this product, and kept asking for e-mail and CC no, (not happening).
I f any info would really appreciate it. Am going to talk to my bank now, In fact I had a strange charge for Sushi On my account, so someone has my number, but card is now cancelled. See what happens.

Saturday, October 31, 2020, I received a small jar and a small canister of L'Ancee "Facial Moisturizer and Eye Restoration". The total was $14.90. I HAVE NOT ORDERED THIS! I cannot find a customer relations department on this website, or anything! I do have an order number, however, E913B3ADF2. When I called the 1-888-256-5001 number this morning, then have NO RECORD of me purchasing this. I would like for anyone

I have been getting a $110 charge for the last 2 months on something I don't even remember signing up for. What a scam! And now living on a fixed income makes it even harder and I can't cancel! Don't EVER sign up for this product.

I need to return unpurchased items . I never intended to buy or purchase these items Facial moisturizer and Eye Restoration . I will block or dispute any transaction .

My report is similar to the others. I gook a survey for what I thought was CVS then chose to pick the free product. I was to just pay shipping and handling. Ended up being a $15 shipping and handling fee which they told me was nonrefundable and a $111 monthly charge. I canceled right away and hope there will be no additional charges. Nowhere did I see I was signing up for a subscription to the product. Totally deceitful.

I chad the same experience as the last poster. I was told I was getting a free gift which linked off a Home Depot order I had placed and realizing what they were up to within minutes I canceled the order and received an email saying nothing more would be shipped or charged. Now there is an email saying they are charging me $111. And it they are using more than one company name so it gets very confusing.

Same as the above. Didn't know it was a subscription. Got charged twice for more Lance Perfector. for $131. I'm going to have to cancel my credit card too.

Agreed to do survey through my bank. Part of the survey required you to chose a discounted item for purchase or trial. Upon 14 day trial ending they then charge the full price of $103.95! When I explained I am on pandemic unemployment and they took the reminder of my money for the month they would not issue refund not even if trial merch was returned. I was a discount on future purchases only.

I received an email from what I thought was ***** bank asking me to fill out a survey, which stated I would receive a free gift if I completed the survey. I completed the short survey and was provided some choices on my free gift. I selected the sample skin cream. Once I provided my credit card info (stupidly), this company charged my account 39.95. Fortunately my credit card company declined that transaction because it was suspicious. I cancelled my credit card. I was subsequently sent an email from the lancee support email address saying my credit card was declined and they were trying to charge it for a $103 product. I sent a reply to that email to let them know I never authorized that purchase and to cancel any subscription they signed me up for. I received several more email and each time I would follow a link to cancel my subscription and I would get an error so I couldn’t automatically cancel it. I just received a call from a New York number (332) 322-7891 saying I had to provide them with a new credit card number or they were going to flag my credit score. This company is devious and has no online way to resolve my disputes.

I received an email on June 16, 2020 stating that I would receive a FREE product if I completed a short survey for UPS. At the end of the survey, I was able to choose a "free" product as a thank you for completing the survey. I chose a facial cream by the company, L'ancee Perfector (which Ive never heard of-they advertised that celebrities used this product to achieve amazing skin). They asked for my credit card to pay for $4.95 shipping cost. Here's what happened next: 1. I never received the product for a 14-day free trial to know if the product worked for me before I could choose to keep it or cancel any subscription to pay full price; 2. this company, Ultra-sk, charged my account $102.95 on July 2, 2020 for a product that I NEVER RECEIVED; 3. When I called the company, Ultra-sk, they refused to refund my money; 4. I have filed a fraudulent claim with my bank, CitiBank, in an attempt to recover this loss of $102.95. This operation is a SCAM and should be stopped from being able to operate immediately. Please help. Thank you.

this was a supposably a "reward" from Target (though that was a fake, Target did not do this) they ask you to take a lame survey and after the survey, you get a PRIZE, a product face creme, all you have to do is pay for the shipping, normally I would not do this, but it was from Target ( so I thought) you give them your information and then they try to upsell you, I kept clicking past the upsell, skip to cart... but after it was all done (I did not select any other products) I got to purchase and clicked. 85$ was purchased, and I was signed up for a subscription for $103 a month. So I immediately canceled my credit card. Now they call me every day to confirm my address, the phone number is different every day, so I can't block them.

THE SAME THING HAS HAPPENED TO ME, I CALLED 1-888-256-5001 AND HAD TO BE ADAMANT THAT NO FURTHER CHARGES WERE TO BE CHARGED TO MY CARD, WHICH I WILL CANCEL. I ALSO INSISTED THAT SHE CLOSE THE ACCOUNT AND GIVE ME THE CANCELLATION CONFIRMATION NUMBER ON THE PHONE AND ALSO SEND IT IN WRITING TO MY EMAIL ACCOUNT. I HOPE THAT THIS INFORMATION IS HELPFUL. I WOULD TELL THEM THAT I AM GOING TO CALL THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU AND FILE A COMPLAINT AGAINST THIS COMPANY TO SEE IF THIS WILL STOP THE HARRASSMENT.
