Lancesoft Reports & Reviews (5)

LanceSoft is a scam company. It phishes information from Americans and uses them to run alternate scams by leveraging the information/data stolen from Americans. Don't give them your birthday, phone number, email address or full name because this information is utilized to run scams. It's one of those Nigerian/Indian scam companies that steal data and later, resell the data to some marketing or nefarious agency.

Spamming me with phone calls and emails about entry-level unsolicited job postings. I have made repeated quests to stop contacting me and blocked their # but new numbers and emails keep popping up from the same company.

I received an email to work a two-week contract (with Proctor and Gamble I later found out), no interview needed. I called and gave them my full name and birth month/day (no year, strangely). The person then sent me an email to submit my resume; the email was labeled with a different job title than the original email. I was asked to answer a couple of questions ("Will you work onsite in [location]?" and "What will be your availability to start the assignment"). There was nothing regarding qualifications; the only job description I received was the following:

- Data entry into Excel. Developing an inventory log to check in/check out items. Developing a system to organize inventory (i.e. by stickering).

- ***Only 2 weeks so no BKG or drug needed***".

I did not send my resume and have since created an email rule to Archive any further communications from their company.

I suspected fraud when I got off the phone; the job was not listed anywhere else, and while the ScamPulse.com gave LanceSoft an A+ rating, there were 23 complaints detailing that the company will not stop contacting them in addition to taking other personal information (see the complaint filed on 23 February 2021, "She took my license [sic], social and resume. Now, her number doesn't go through."). The following comment from 09 July 2020 caught my attention: "Company continues to put people on mailing lists without their approval and express consent in order to send out unsolicited email messages thereby directly violating the CAN-SPAM Act."

I have since received another call from a different phone number (I have blocked both phone numbers), so I suspect spoofed numbers. I warned the person on the other end that I am registered with the FTC's National Do Not Call Registry and that I will report them if they continue calling me, which I will follow through with if I receive another call. I will be sure to include a reference to this in any Do Not Call reports. I have also informed P&G of the fraudulent job offer.

I applied for a CNA job at indeed.com. I applied to CVS job posting. Radesh call me from job agency called "lancesoft" phone number is not registered in the united states, it is a voip number: seven, zero, three, nine, three, six, five, seven, four, seven. He asked my age, my license number, expiration date, address, social security, and drivers license. I attached and sent them by e mail. He offered me a big salary per hour. He asked if i am citizen or not. I tried to skip to give my social number, but he said that it is absolutely necessary for obtain the job. He called me several times in the day with his strong Indian accent, asking me personal information. Very difficult to understand his English. When I called to asked where is the place of the job, he invented me an address that does not exist. I am fearful that he can use my information for steal my identity or something else. Now, he does not answer again. The job posting is still on indeed.

I received an email through indeed about a job here in Wisconsin at children's hospital. the guy then called me and texted me to see if I was still interested once I acknowledged that I was he then sent out a email for me to agree to the job contract and the terms of the staffing agency and to provide 2 references which I did for the job and I decided to look up the company with my sister and she then found out that the company was a scam and have people send their personal info and never get back to them and i'm assuming uses their information I never sent social security numbers or I never sent account numbers for them either which i'm glad about but Im worried about my email information being used for something and they also looked up my licensing info for my cna certification so just be careful with this site because it something seems strange and it seems fishy with this company especially because they only have 2 u.s locations and the rest are overseas and I do have more pictures and text messages but it only allowed me to upload one
