Marlena Neal-Burnett dba Lakes Of Summerville dba Farm at Chelsea dba MrsBusinessDoctor advertised land for sale on instagram and Facebook. I and many others visited the land several times, were on calls with developers and were on weekly land-owner calls with Marlena Neal-Barnett for land updates. We were ALL given fraudulent Limited Warranty Deeds (notarized) identifying different parcels of land that we thought we had purchased from her. After one of the land-owners exposed her on a weekly call we all found out that the deeds she issued to us were fake. I have asked for a refund repeatedly and each time she returns my emails stating she is working on processing my refund. This has been ongoing since May 2022. I and others have been kicked off the weekly zoom calls, telegram app (designated for owners) and facebook private owners group. An article was just published in the Lakes Of Summerville newspaper about her and this scam. I initially gave her $7500 in November of 2021. To date I have not received back any of my money
