Defective product-worthless solutions

I ordered 3 embroidery sets because the picture and ad showed detailed instructions on how to compete the project. I need the instructions because I have never embroidered. All 3 sets came without any instructions. Like most of you, repeated emails back and forth over the past three days have been useless, they don’t have any instructions, and it is obvious they will not refund my $56.92. I cannot use this product without the instructions, so they will be given away.
The motto on the top of my receipt from the ENDEAVORH company, which is under the LANDBASE TRADING CO., LTD, says: “100% Money Back guarantee… Unhappy with your product, we’ll take it back, we’ll stand out by our high-quality products and your satisfaction 100% guaranteed.”
Such a LIE.
Like some of you, I am also on a fixed income, and this loss of money is hard to take.
