Placed an order in response to a social media advertisement coming through as from Old Navy - advertised as a pajama sale. Once I placed the order (12/9/24), the receipt was not from Old Navy but from a company called Landency. Order never arrived and I contacted to inquire, but no response. I looked them up and read it was a scam company. Tried to cancel order via Landency.com, but to no avail. Tried their advertised 'Live Chat' option, but there was no live chat - just a question box with instruction to ask question and then a rep would "get back to you" (never happened). I was provided a tracking number from a bogus transportation company and reports the order was delivered, but in fact, it never was.

My bank statement receipt lists neither Old Navy nor Landency, but shows COUTUREEDGEFAUXTOPSHOP XXXXX6622 NY as who took the money.
