I am embarrased to say I ordered off a Flash sale on FACEBOOK advertising OLD NAVY Christmas Pajamas on November 26 2024, stating shipment was from NY. After paying, of course I noticed there was no confirmation email, and instead of Old Navy the website I purchased from was Landency. In looking further I noticed instead of NY it was being shipped from CHINA. I immediately contacted my credit card company, they stated there was nothing they could do to cancel the order. I sent an email to Landency trying to cancel the order -- of course instead they stated they were legit, didn't send me a confirmation instead a fake tracking of the package. I requested several times for a refund to no avail. They stated the package was delievered which the customer never did receive it, of course.
