On 26Jan24, I ordered three pairs of shoes via www.hoka-dealersale.com On 14Feb24 I emailed the company with order number and bank transaction information no response On 20Feb24 I sent a follow up email included same information no response On 26Feb24 I sent final email requesting refund. If not refunded by 01Mar I'd contact my bank and appropriate agencies. On 05Mar24 I contacted my bank and disputed the charge.
