I have a sections 8 voucher and I founded him on sections 8 listing they gave Adam wells a inspection and he passed so I text him and asked if I could pay half deposit now and the rest later he said yes I still have the texts so we meet at the house and I gave him the money in cash and then he started walking away so I ask wats going on he said he not giving me keys too the house until I get the rest so I was like wat ?!!! Ok I will see if someone will let me borrow it ....no one would and I called him back and told him never mind.can I have my money back I don't want too rent from him anymore and he never gave me my money back ...and this left me and my 4kids homeless my 2yr is autistic and I lost my job we have no home too live in. The police said I can't make a police report...it's civil... sections 8 can't and won't do anything but take him off the list...I have no...money and no home ... and no job now..and sections 8 acts like it's not there fault I trusted them too have scam free landlords I founded through them
