Inside the envelope was a a piece of paper with the assignment's instructions on the front side of the paper and the assessment form on the other side, along with 3 money orders of $815.00 each (total: $2,445.00). They require potential shopper to deposit the checks at your bank and wait for the funds to show up in your account before starting task given
Specifications to Purchase:
shopper needs to purchase a total of 2 eBay gift cards at two different stores
- store 1 – purchase $1000.00 eBay GC ($200.00 or $500.00 denominations)
- store 2 – purchase $1000.00 eBay GC ($200.00 or $500.00 denominations)
Assignment Instruction:
- Shopper will be evaluating two or three listed stores available in their city; stores listed: Post office, Kroger, PUBLIX, Meijer, Albertson’s, Speedway, Home Depot, Lowes, Walgreens, CVS/Pharmacy.
- After the gift cards have been purchased, shopper is required to immediately text the number 305-515-5993 for further instructions on how to complete task with the gift cards.
- Lastly after doing all these, it is also mandatory to fill out the assessment form on the back side of the paper for only one store, and then to text the 305 number again with a copy of the completed assessment form.

*** WHAT I DID ***
I actually went to the website listed and sent an email on the site which was [email protected] for confirm the legitimacy of the assignment, to which I got a response from them saying that it's indeed a scam. (see picture attachments below)
