this service i'm using has very bad customer support. they have a subscription system that makes it difficult to cancel the subscription and when you press cancel which is what the site tells you to do when you ask for help. when you try to cancel it justs gives you an error. I believe they are taking money from a lot of innocent people this way. this feels like an intended glitch but the site simple does not let u cancel. I'm work with computers so someone that's just on a phone would have an even more difficult time. this place has very bad to no customer support and no contact number
