I received the email below from Ash Johnson [email protected]. I looked for this company and found their website https://landymay.com/. Along with the job posting for Retail Inventory Coordinator. As of today, 01.11.24 they have a few other positions sales representative, HR Generalist, Software Engineer, and Data Scientist. I had a phone interview and was offered the position. They then sent me a NDA to sign it was sent via citrix RightSignature. Once you sign the NDA you get another email from Ash with the next steps are to reach out to payroll (Erika Felker [email protected]), your supervisor via the chat feature on the website aim-crm.com. As a Retail Inventory Coordinator you have to log into the CRM website waiting for a shipment to be sent to you for review. Once you receive the shipment you are to accept it, take photos, print a new shipping label and packing slip and then ship out the material. They use UPS, FedEx, and USPS to ship the material. I completed the 30 days and received an email on 12.15 from the payroll department that said I would be getting my check in about 10 business days. On 01.02.24 I reached back out to Erika and she said that I should have received the check by now and that they were going to void and reissue it. As of today no check has been received. No emails have been answered, when you call the number you are placed on hold and no one ever picks up.

As we discussed, your initial salary during the probationary period will be $3,250, which will be issued to you by paper check at the end of the probation. Additionally, you'll receive an allocated $100 for qualified reimbursable expenses.

This role allows you to work comfortably from your own home, Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, aligning with your local time zone.

Look out for an email from RightSignature® with the Employment Agreement attached. Your task is to complete this agreement and submit the requested documents. Once you've done this, our team will review and approve your submission. Upon approval, you'll be assigned a personal curator who will guide you through your Landymay journey, offering training, mentorship, task assignments, and more. Feel free to direct any queries about your responsibilities to your curator, while any payroll-related questions can be directed to our Payroll Department.

At Landymay, every team member starts as a probationary employee for the initial 30 days. An evaluation at the end of this period will determine your eligibility for a permanent role. In the event that you wish to leave your position, we kindly request a two-week notice.

I had to fill out a 1099 and a w9 paperwork . They hired me on the spot the HR hiring person was Ash Johnson and the payroll dept was Erika Felker so i was recieving packages i would open up the boxes to inspect them take pictures to make sure nothing was damaged and so on i would print off the shipping lables and tape the box back up and ship off that day. I was promised a $3400 check through the mail paper check and what got my attention was they do not take a regular bank they only pay through major credit bill pay only so i started doing my research and found some stuff on reddit that ppl was having the same experience i was having their checks were mailed off but no one was receiving anything they been waiting weeks months even one was a year. One guy even said mule scheme which means these ppl are buying stuff from stolen credit cards and mailing them to you and you work for a month probationary and when your threw they get rid of you and hire someone else. It was a lil fishy when i received a ipad max pro and a pixel 8 that hasnt even hit the market yet so i began to get worried that i could in trouble for this [censored]. Thank god im finished now and i have not seen no check it should have been here by now but still nothing its been 2 weeks they say it takes 10 business day to be delivered to you well its been 11 business days and still nothing so if anyone comes across this company DO NOT APPLY TO THEM OR GIVE THEM YOUR IDENTITY. Im so scared now cause they have my drivers license my ssn my birthdate phone number address name they got everything but i did make copies and printed them out

I was offered a job offer worked for the 30 day probation period was told my check was sent out on the the 14th of December had to wait 10 business Days to receive payment. No payment so now I have gave this company my information regards to my address and sensitive information I will like to report this company for giving and telling false information to innocent people just trying to make a living for there family.
