Ordered from a facebook ad saying it was Lane Bryant. Tracking order took a month, then said package was delivered, which it was NOT. Reached out to shipping company and they wanted me to join some app (with a fee) to talk to customer service, which I did not. Went back to customer service via email order confirmation and they said they would resend the order if I wanted. I declined and asked to cancel order and get a refund. They said they would do 60% refund. I said okay just to be done with them. They came back and said refund will be processed today but will take about a month to get to me, so we'll see. I am watching my bank account to ensure they don't take more money out instead of refunding.
