Ordered clothes they said they were delivered and I never got them .they supposedly resent my order and decided to give me a refund .. this was September 7 the 2024

I email them almost everyday asking for my refund

Posed as a reputable clothing site with deep discounts but clothing was shipped from china and although it had a tracking number that was updated it never arrived. When I sent an email to the customer service address to tell them they kept emailing me back not taking any fault for not delivering and asking me to accept just 60% of my money back and then just 90% of my money back. I think they were phishing for my bank account number again so they could charge me even more. I saw another ad on Facebook with them posing as Torrid as well, another reputable clothing site, but it was not actually Torrid.

Lane Bryant advertised on a site I was watching and I ordered 8 items for $2.99 each. It took a month when I got a notification it was delivered when it wasn't. I wanted the items and they agreed to resend them. Another month passed and I got a notification it was delivered again but it wasn't delivered. I asked for a refund on May 20th, 2024 and still haven't received it. I was told it would take 15-25 days. It's almost 2 months. I've written back and keep being told they're sorry but it's coming. It took them 5 minutes to collect my money but 5 months now and I've got nothing

Bought clothing products labeled as from Lane Bryant. I received a cubic zirconia ring instead

I ordered some clothing from what I thought was Lane Btyant. The order was placed in July 2023. The scammers said that the package was delivered and signed by me on August 26th. I have not received anything and have not signed for my package.
