I was advertised an in browser language app that uses AI to help make you fluent. First off, the cost was advertised as $19.99 and then the confirmation screen showed $36.99 was billed. Secondly, the in browser app had technical issues where the button was not accessible to me to use, due to being too far down on the screen. So I was not able to use the app for a single request. I asked them to refund my money due to not being able to use the in browser app, the customer service replied that they cancelled my subscription but they don’t give refunds. Unless there are technical difficulties and the request is within a 7 day timeframe. Now they have offered me a 30% refund. I will be disputing the charge with my bank.
