Oh the brothers number is 513-880-3343. I never took his call. Also I should disclose - I never spoke with Pet Express (online only), I do not work in HR at Walmart, never contacted my bank and sadly am not bilingual. I really hope this report can shut them down or at the very least save someone else some money and heartache.
