I ordered multiple T-shirts - from a Bruce Springsteen ad on the fans website. They promised e-mail confirmation and to process the order in 2 to 4 days and I would receive it in less than a week - two weeks later They don't respond to any attempt at communication - they offer no telephone number - my number does not appear in the tracking page of their website - the CHAT feature does not work either - Nothing has functioned as promised except the fact that they DID charge my credit card.
