My second car was towed from my storage lot before I could make payment during a period while I was homeless. This was during the month of January 2016 and I could not get anyone from the towing service on the phone until April 9, 2016! They 'share' their towing yard with a garage in Moyock, NC who apparently has no information about their operation. Been though a lot... homeless, kept the job while getting my place of employment though a personnel shortage and trying to settle into a new place. Not being able to reclaim the belongings from my car without an outlandish fees stacked high is a bit much. Basically, the scam is to avoid the customer until the fees are too much.
