I responded to her and she responded with the email from [email protected]:
Hello Dear,
My name is Laoshi Bhel, I am 34 years old from Trinidad. I got married to an Afghan and moved to Afghanistan 11 years ago, I've been settled for the past 11 years. I lost my husband on September 2, 2021 during the Taliban strike which you might have heard or seen on social media. But I managed to escape and am presently hiding at the Afghanistan Turkmenistan border waiting for a good opportunity to cross the border.
I contacted you because I am searching for a trustworthy person whom I can partner with to help me secure ($550 million US dollars) in any good business anywhere outside Afghanistan. This money was logged into our oversea offshore bank account by the Afghanistan president for the purchase of Covid-19 Vaccine before the president was overthrown by the Taliban Government. My husband's family, who are related to the Taliban Government, have confiscated all our assets here in Afghanistan and they're hunting to get that money from me. This is the only fund left for me.

I want to invest this money in your country but I don't want to be a co-owner of any business. Because the moment I do, the prying eyes of my husband's family will start hunting to take away whatever resources I have left. I want to relinquish this fund thereby giving you certified power of attorney with the authority to use these funds in any good business of your choice and any profit generated will be split between the two of us. The first tenure of investment will be 10 Years. These investment funds is legitimate in nature.
All I seek is your wholehearted commitment to help me protect and secure this fund. Once you assure me you can protect this fundl, then I will instruct the bank to post the account related Atm card to your address. Once you receive the Atm card, you will withdraw some money and send to me here so i can cross to the border to Turkmenistan because I ran out of cash, from Turkmenistan I will fix my peppers and then meet you in your country.
I have whatsapp on my phone, and I would love to communicate with you from time to time but the network signal here at the Afghanistan Turkmenistan border is completely a disaster. Taliban entities use this means to terrorize honest civilians, whereby some people were hoodlums, beaten, jailed and stripped of their human rights because they consider all foreign people as a SPY.
For that reason I won't be reachable on phone call here for now, but I will try my best to email you from time to time with the help of the border internet cafe. So I must urge you to exercise a great level of patience and understanding with me for now until I leave here so we proceed towards this investment partnership.
