I ordered two beds from LapCatz.com over a month and 1/2 ago and it has still not arrived. I have been given a bogus tracking number and have been emailing back forth with “Sarah”. There is no Sarah and there is no product. This is a complete scam.

They sell pet product, specifically cat beds. Contact name is Sara the website states they’re in the United Kingdom the information points towards Canada the product shipped from China. They advertise on Facebook, which I have reported. They opened up a new marketing advertisement on Facebook under a different name which I have reported as well to Facebook

It’s printed that orders should be received within 5-7 business days. After over two weeks, and bogus tracking information, called my credit card company to dispute the charge since I never got anything. Emailed the company numerous times and “Sarah” answered me after the first email, then my emails went unanswered.
