I ordered a laptop Feb 19 2021 and still waiting. Have had no communication with them have sent numerous emails with no luck. There is no phone number to call,

I ordered 2 refurbished laptops, an MSI 17.3 inch Gaming Laptop and a 15.6 inch HP Touch screen Laptop for a total of $199.98 using Paypal. The money was taken out of my Bank Account. I received a Tracking Number and followed Package that Never arrived. I took the day off of work to await Package as it was snowing and cold in Indiana because I wanted to receive the package live and so the Laptops would not freeze. After waiting all day I recieved a text advising my package was delivered by UPS! I called UPS with Tracking number and they advised the Tracking number was not for what I ordered. It was the Tracking number for a female that ordered a package from Amazon in another City! UPS rep stated the Tracking number is either a Typo or was Fraudulent! I emailed 3 times to the contact email on sales page and received no replies [email protected].
