THIS IS A HUGE SCAM! I had a pop up that flashed up on my phone. When I tried to x out of it, it ordered an anti-wrinkle and eye serum for $4.95. I figured that would be okay, so I went ahead and put in my address info. But, after that, they automatically added an anti-wrinkle cream for $3.95. I should have known then, that this was a scam. I tried to cancel it, but you cannot reach anyone to do so. Since that time, they have charged my credit card $174.57! I have put in a fraud report with my credit card company. My credit card company had to cancel my card and re-issue another one. They asked me to try to call them again to tell them not to continue trying to charge me. However, you cannot get anyone to answer their phone! My credit card company gave me this number: 888-984-2501. The number put on my email confirmation (which of course didn’t have any amounts on it), was 833-409-5510. That number was disconnected all together. The third number I tried was on their form of the box they sent me. This third number was 855-207-3111.
Three phone numbers and yet no one to talk to! The first and third numbers had the same music playing, so I’m assuming they are all going to some central number where they have no intention of answering any calls. DO NOT LET THIS COMPANY RIP YOU OFF!

I ordered the 14 day trial and forgot to unsubscribe from it. So then I called to unsubscribe they said they would. Well that never happened I got charged 4 times for thisstuff. The first for 88 something then, another for 99. the others was like 102 then 99 plus lets not forget the s&h. Everytime I've tried to call the numbers I can find I cant get anyone on the phone. So I ended up called my bank and had then get me a new card. Then put it in for dispute. Thats not to mention somehow they got my spouses credit info from my payment methods i have and charged his card as well. Now he has to do the same thing....

Get there product for shipping cost and then in so many days cost you 89.99 from account if not canceled but they take out 24.94 out of your account for shipping instead of 4.94 like they are supposed to for shipping. I called to cancel before I received product and I still got it and they said they could only refund me 9.99 and I'm still waiting on it after several emails to them and phone calls...

I completed a survey on-line at Walgreens1A that offered a free sample. The sample was listed as "1" with no specific dollar amount quoted. Upon receiving the offered free sample, I was notified by my bank that I was charged for this "free" sample. I called to discern why my charge information had been scammed through Walgreens to La Pura in a falsely advertised free sample choice.
The first person I spoke to at your company was unhelpful. I asked to speak to the manager and the second person said that I could receive a partial refund for the "free" sample product. She would not provide her last name, a confirmation code regarding our phone conversation or let me file a complaint with her. I e-mailed the company requesting information on where I could file a complaint.
I am shocked that Walgreens links to this nontransparent "free" product sample and I am surprised that the company does not provide a full refund for their "fee" sample.
