It had a phone number and a threatening sentence stating: "Failure to respond by 7-26-2023, will recategorize your vehicle in our system with a new status of {High-Risk potential Pore-existing conditions with mechanical or Electrical issues on vehicle} Neglecting to update your protection program will result in 100% out of pocket repair Costs." The post card was very official looking, had bar coding on it, and even a picture of my vehicle/model
I called and spoke with an associate who then told me he did not have a policy for my car. He kept telling the to "have a blessed day."
