This is a notification to you that the US DEPT. OF HOMELAND SECURITY (DHS) has
been
instructed by the us government to intervene on your siezed funds in Africa
which is
supposed to have earlier been released to you as a compensation payment for all
scam
victims which you are entitled to be a beneficiary of, so right now we the DHS
will now
be in-charge of disbursing the payment to you after a mutual agreement was
reached with
the Economic Community of West African States (ECOWAS).
We have Choosen only two methods for releasing your long overdue payment which
is the sum of $12.5m.
