I received a call on my cell phone today. Caller stated it was Publishers Clearing House. His name is Michael Collins. He instructed me to get a piece of paper and copy this down. Stated I was a third place winner. Won $7000 a week for life. $300 fee. Wal Mart to Wal Mart transaction. Wanted me to go to the cashier and make transaction. This did not make sense to me. My caller ID showed phone number is 662-671-8733. He gave me package claim ID number 199450. Said they would come to my home today between 2:30-3:00 today. Deliver my prize. Caller was very convincing. Stated to send money to Larry Powell in Louisville, KY. I did not send money. I know this is a scam and wanted to report it.
